Fulfillment SLA Tracker
Calculate your ship-by date and expected delivery window. Stay compliant with marketplace SLA requirements and never miss a deadline.
Why SLA Compliance Matters for Marketplace Sellers
Fulfillment SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are commitments to deliver orders within a specified timeframe. On platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace, consistently missing SLAs can result in account warnings, suppressed listings, loss of Buy Box eligibility, or account suspension.
Amazon's Late Shipment Rate (LSR) must stay below 4%, and the On-Time Delivery Rate (OTD) must stay above 97% for most categories. A single bad week during peak season can damage your standing for months.
Cut-off discipline
Orders placed after 5 PM count as next-day. Set your store listing cut-off at 4 PM to give yourself processing buffer.
Weekend orders
Most carrier SLAs don't count weekends as transit days. Orders placed Friday after cut-off may not ship until Monday.
Buffer your SLA
Promise 2-day shipping when you can reliably deliver in 1. Under-promising and over-delivering improves reviews and reduces chargebacks.
Track late orders
Review your carrier scan data weekly. Identify patterns โ specific ZIP codes, services, or days of week with higher late rates.
