Understanding Time Zones
The world is divided into 24 primary time zones, each roughly 15° of longitude wide. However, many countries and regions use non-standard offsets (e.g., India at UTC+5:30, Nepal at UTC+5:45, Iran at UTC+3:30).
Daylight Saving Time (DST) adds complexity — countries switch clocks at different dates. The US "springs forward" in March, while Europe does so at the end of March. Some countries (including most of Asia, Africa, and Japan) do not observe DST at all.
Business hours are highlighted in green — generally 9am–6pm local time. Use the meeting planner slider to find overlapping business hours across all your cities.
